۲۴ اسفند ۱۳۸۸

Font Size + | - Reset

Yesterday, after returning from a visit to Iran, an Afghan parliamentary delegation announced that 3000 Afghans facing death penalty will be executed in Iran. Taj Mohammad Mujahed, speaker of the delegation, said that some 5630 Afghans are imprisoned in Iran mostly on the basis of drug-related crimes, and 3000 of them have been sentenced to death. According to Mr. Mujahed, most of those who are facing death penalty have been active as small drugs dealers, not as the key figures of the criminal drugorganization.
